How your enquiry is handled
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type, subject and message, plus any event or product reference you provide. Your IP address is also retained for abuse prevention.
How we use it
Your details and message are used only to handle your enquiry. Enquiries are stored in the site's private database and are accessible to authorised administrators of Marcus B Entertainment Inc. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or any campaign.
Notifications
If an administrator notification recipient is configured, a copy of your enquiry may be sent to that approved address. If notification is not configured, your enquiry is still stored securely and visible in the private administrator inbox. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing.
Your choices
